- 1kg of minced meat.
- 5 cloves of crushed garlic

- 2 teaspoons each of cumin, salt and black pepper.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
How to prepare
Bring a bowl and put the minced meat in it, then add the onions and garlic to it, and rub them with your hands together. Add cumin, chili, coriander, paprika, black pepper, and olive oil to the meat, and stir the meat with the seasoning well. Put the meat mixture for an hour in the refrigerator. Take a piece of meat and put it on the skewers in a rectangular shape – make sure to soak the skewers in the water beforehand – with the help of a few drops of water. Place the kebabs on the grill or charcoal and flip the skewers until the meat is done. Place the meat skewers on serving dishes, along with whatever salads and appetizers you want.
