  • Sliced ​​canned mushrooms – 1 cup

  • Water – a cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – a small spoon
  • Parmesan cheese – 3 tablespoons
  • Finely chopped parsley – a third of a cup

How to prepare

In a pot of boiling and salted water, boil the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. Drain the tortellini and set aside.

 In another saucepan, heat the oil on high heat, then place the mushroom pieces and garlic.

Stir the mixture until the mushrooms are soft, about 7 minutes.

Pour the water, season with salt and pepper, and stir for about 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add the tortellini and parsley.

Pour the mixture into a serving plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
