Pizza Dough Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • A tablespoon of instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 box of yogurt
  • Teaspoon salt
  • Two teaspoons of sugar

Pizza stuffing ingredients

  • Green Pepper (rings)
  • Tomato (cut into small pieces)
  • Grated  cheese and mozzarella cheese
  • Sausage (boiled and cut into circles)
  • Pastrami (cut into small pieces)
  • black olive
  • Onion cut into rings

Ingredients for Italian pizza sauce

  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • A tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic

How to make Italian pizza dough and filling

  • Start by diluting the tomato sauce with water and putting it on the stove, with the addition of lemon juice, olive oil, sugar and spices.
  • Stir the sauce to a boil, then remove from the stove and leave to cool until the pizza is done.
  • Dissolve the yeast in half a cup of warm water, add a pinch of sugar, then leave it covered for ten minutes until it ferments.
  • To make pizza dough, bring a deep bowl and put the flour and baking powder in it, then add the oil, yogurt, salt and yeast. Stir well with the spoon until the ingredients are incorporated, then let go of the spoon and start using your hands to form the dough.
  • Add a cup of warm water gradually to the dough and stir it with your hand until it becomes firm. And if the dough gets stuck to your hand, add more flour.
  • Leave the dough for an hour until it relaxes or becomes more fluffy.
  • Now divide the dough and spread it out on three circular trays.
  • Spread the sauce on top, follow it with cheese and mozzarella zest, then put the rest of the ingredients and mix according to your desire.
  • Preheat the oven for ten minutes, then place the trays in it and let the pizza simmer for 10-15 minutes and serve hot.
