Ten years after this incident, the Italian confectioner Roberto Linguano, known as “Luli”, reinvented the exact same dessert in a restaurant called “Treviso” near Venice, and it tasted so wonderful that everyone who ate it clung to it as if it were a reality. Under the influence of magic.
Locally, it was called “tiramisu”, a name that has become global over time for a dessert that everyone, everywhere can eat.
Italian Tiramisu ingredients
